Sakata Inx Corporation is one of Japan's leading companies in the field of industrial printing ink manufacturing, with a long history of development since 1896. This signing ceremony was the result of a process of exchange and collaboration between the two parties. Previously, in April 2025, the Sakata Inx delegation visited and worked with several leading training institutions in Vietnam, including the College of Natural Sciences - Can Tho University. Based on positive evaluation results, Sakata Inx decided to select the college as one of its two strategic partners in Vietnam.
The cooperation agreement opens opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students of College of Natural Sciences to undertake internships at Sakata’s headquarters in Japan. The internship phase serves as the basis for the company to identify and recruit promising candidates for full-time positions.
It is anticipated that in July 2025, Sakata Inx will interview candidates of College of Natural Sciences who wish to intern at the company. Those who are successful will receive full sponsorship for airfare and accommodation to participate in a six-week internship at the company’s headquarters, starting in October 2025. After completing the internship, qualified candidates will have one year to improve their Japanese before formally joining Sakata Inx.
