From September 23-28, 2024, the College of Natural Sciences was honored to welcome professors from Kyoto University and Akita University (Japan) to visit and work.

    During the meetings, the two sides discussed opportunities for research cooperations. In addition, the professors and representatives of the Biology Department made field trips to survey some vegetable and fruit growing areas in Soc Trang, Hau Giang and Kien Giang. This survey process is a foundation for a collaborative research project between the two sides in the near future.
