From November 27, 2022 to December 1, 2022, the Delegation of College of Natural Sciences, including 05 lecturers and 06 students, visited and worked with 03 universities and 01 research institute in Thailand, including:
- Institute of Science at Suranaree University of Technology (https://beta.sut.ac.th),
- Faculty of Science at Khon Kaen University (https://www.sc.kku.ac.th/sciweb/en/),
- College of Advanced Manufacturing Innovation at King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang University (https://www.ami.kmitl.ac.th),
- Synchrotron Light Research Institute (https://www.slri.or.th/en/).
At the working sessions, besides giving an overview of the scientific potential and research orientation of Can Tho University in general and College of Natural Sciences in particular, the Delegation also discussed with partner universities on student exchange programs, scholarship opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students, and the possibility for research cooperation in theoretical and applied fields of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. In the near future, the college will continue to sign Memorandums of Understanding with partner Faculties/Institutes. Besides, the college and departments will have plans to strengthen cooperation in order to improve integration capacity in training and scientific research.
