On January 05, 2026, the College of Natural Sciences had the honor of welcoming Dr. An Vo Duc Anh as part of his visit and working session with the Department of Mathematics. The meeting was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Vo Van Tai – Vice Rector, along with faculty members, undergraduate and graduate students of the Department of Mathematics.

During the session, Dr. An Vo Duc Anh presented recent research results on the application of predictive statistics in agricultural economics. He also introduced postgraduate scholarships in Mathematics at the University of Southern Queensland.

The meeting concluded with discussions on potential cooperation in training and scientific research, particularly in the field of Statistics. Both sides expressed their commitment to maintaining close collaboration and to actively pursuing the proposed cooperative activities in the future.
