On 9 October 2023, the College of Natural Sciences was honored to welcome Prof. Jonathan Sidney Lindsey, Department of Chemistry, North Carolina State University. The meeting had the presence of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Tien – Vice Dean, lecturers, undergraduate and graduate students of the Chemistry  Department and Biology  Department

        During the meeting, Prof. Jonathan introduced doctoral scholarships at the university and presented some new results on “Synthesis toward (bacterio) chlorophylls and other plant pigments”. The Chemistry Department also contributed a report by Dr. Pham Duy Toan on "Silk fibroin: a potential biomaterial for drug delivery systems".
